Saturday Walks

Saturday Walks are between 7 and 8 miles long and start within a reasonable radius of Polegate/ Eastbourne. They all start at 9.30 am. and there is a coffee break about halfway. We shall be finished by 2.00 pm.

Make your own way to the start point but share if possible and don’t forget to contact the walk leader to book your place.

Saturday 16th May – Lullington Heath and the Long Man 7.5 miles 1 steep(ish) hill 1 stile
Starting from Alfriston, a long steady climb to Lullington Heath and a gentle return via Long Man. Coffee stop at Winchester’s Pond.
Starting point: North Road, Alfriston, near recreation ground.
